What Happens Next:
1. You will be prompted to provide answers to several questions relating to your issue.
2. Your issue will be sent to the administration office in the selected city.
3. If you provide an optional email address, you will be sent a confirmation message.
4. If the municipality is a Premium member, the progress of the issue will be updated.
