 Premium Service Features  

Citizen Issues is a simple, user- friendly way for town or city residents to provide feedback, ask questions, or submit a concern to their municipal departments. This service is available to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at no cost.

Municipalities may optionally sign up to receive additional features in order to more actively participate in the reporting process.

Without the Premium service, emails are send to the general office which is often the contact for reporting issues by phone. For Premium subscribers, email notifications are pre- loaded to reach the correct department - and any number of department managers may be entered.

The Premium Service of CitizenIssues.com allows municipal employees and department managers to:
  1. Respond and follow-up on issues
  2. Notify department managers
  3. Assign follow-up tasks
  4. Perform corrective actions
  5. Run analysis & trending reports
  6. View dash-board graphics

Annual subscription fees are based on the population of the municipality.
