Citizen Issues provides an opportunity for companies and non-profit organizations to advertise their presence and support of this public service Web portal.
The following rules will be used to determine ad placement:
- Non-profit and not-for-profit agencies may advertise for no cost, however a maximum of 3 "no-cost" logos will be displayed each month. All "no-cost" ads will be rotated on a monthly cycle.
- Logos and images must be acceptable to all age levels.
- Companies should take into account that this portal is used by the general public. CitizenIssues.com reserves the right to remove or not accept companies that do not "fit" the moral values of this site.
- Sponsorship is not available to monopoly-type companies such as power & gas utilities and phone companies. These businesses already spend way to much of citizen payments on advertising.
Sponsorship costs are based on supply and demand and the amount is set once per year. Companies may pre-pay for any number of months to lock in their image at the current price. Only 10 sponsors are displayed per month. The current fee is $100 per month.
